Tomb of Napolean

The Tomb of Napolean was not on my list of places to visit when I arrived in Paris, but it was one of the most memorable sites I stopped by during my 3-day trip. The tomb is truly fit for an emperor, with an impressive gold dome, a beautifully decorated chapel, a sarcophagus, statues, and accompanying tombs of family members and military leaders and heroes. Napolean’s Tomb is also attached to a Military Museum, which is fitting for remembering one of the greatest military generals in history. #europe #france #paris #visitparis #museum #tombs
