#Valentine's Day 2024 I was bored last weekend and found a great place to go! My bestie and I spent a wonderful afternoon here, making our own ceramics and taking lots of beautiful photos! We saw this store and they had a lot of great deals, so we chose the pottery DIY for two, which was a great deal! Remember to make an appointment in advance, because there are a lot of people on weekends, otherwise you may have to wait for a long time. We called to make an appointment one day in advance. The store owner was very welcoming and told us how to get to the store, which was very convenient. 🎨Ceramic experience When we arrived at the store, we chose a ceramic project. There were many cute models for reference, such as cups, bowls, flower pots, etc. I made a Melody cup because I think it is very practical. The teacher assigned us a workbench and asked us to wear aprons to prevent our clothes from getting dirty. Then, the teacher began to teach us how to make ceramics, from throwing the embryo, to trimming, to glazing, to decoration. Every step was interesting and challenging. It was the first time for all of us to make ceramics, and we were not very skilled in some areas, but the teachers were very patient in guiding us, which made us feel very relaxed. We can also choose the color ourselves and paint pink Melody on the finished embryo, which is fun! 📸After coloring, we hand over the work to the teacher, who will help to burn it, and we can get the finished product in about 10 days. I felt really satisfied after receiving the finished product because I made it with my own hands.
