One of the highlights of our visit was the Salmon Sashimi Don. Don’t let the name confuse you—it’s not actual sashimi! Instead, it’s milky shaved ice styled like a rice bowl, beautifully topped with mango and strawberry jelly strips resembling salmon sashimi. The edges were adorned with mango boba pearls mimicking ikura (salmon roe), mango cubes, and a scoop of ice cream. The creativity behind this dessert was mind-blowing, and the taste was even better—refreshing, sweet, and perfect for enjoying during the holiday festivities. We also tried their Prince Milk Tea, which was incredibly smooth and aromatic. Paired with their bingsu creations, it was a delightful treat that added a festive touch to our gathering.
