Hehehee😆 When I entered the tasting room, there was a subtle woody scent and various wine bottles beautifully displayed. The first wine I tasted was the representative Semillon wine of Hunter Valley~🍷 The fresh citrus scent and clean acidity filled my mouth, allowing me to feel the region's unique terroir. Next, I tasted Shiraz, and the rich berry scent and spicy aftertaste were impressive~🫠 The staff explained the characteristics of each wine and the production process in detail, and it was even more interesting to hear about the history of the winery.🍇 As I savored each glass of wine, I realized how deeply connected Hunter Valley's nature and wine culture are.
