An elegant part of the city on the hill facing the river

#europetravel Porto is probably the 2nd most tourist-known city after Lisbon in Portugal. Like Lisbon, a good part of the city is built on a mountain and by the water. It gives Porto some of its signature views, which are tucked in the corridors on the slopes facing the river in Ribeira neighbourhood. Eg. Miradouro Barredo e Jano, or Escada dos Guindais. The slopes are kinda steep, though with staircases. So be prepared with some physical work while exploring around the said neighbourhood.
