South Korea Gangwon Province/Pyeongchang [Intercontinental Hotel Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort]

We went to Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort, which is recommended for families during the summer vacation! This area was developed for the Pyeongchang Olympics, and many hotels and accommodations were gathered there. We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel this time. This place is originally an image of a ski resort, but it is a resort that can be enjoyed in the summer as well! It is rich in nature and greenery, like Hokkaido in Japan, and you can fully enjoy the feeling of traveling even inside the hotel facilities. Each room has a balcony, and the view from there was also amazing! In the summer, the ski resort area becomes a playground facility, and you can enjoy gondolas, slide coasters, go-karts, rental bicycles, children's trains, and more! There is also an indoor water park where you can enjoy the whole day! We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we didn't have enough time to go to the water park 😭 This is a recommended resort for families to relax and enjoy nature! The food in this area is also delicious! There are many attractions that Seoul does not have, so why not go a little further and visit some of Korea's summer resorts?
