~ Harvest Buffet 🌟 ——————————————————————————— Last week on Valentine's Day we went to The Darling Hotel for a staycation, that night we booked the Harvest Buffet, which is a seafood buffet ~🦐 That day we arrived already saw a lot of people queuing (walk-in), if there is no booking may have to wait half an hour to an hour. Walk-in has a membership system (The star member), of course, the more senior members will have priority🔔 Because we booked very early, just register with the staff to get in. We used the membership that day, just let the staff scan the code to get 7% off🎶 ——————————————————————————— ▶️ Food Styles: There are areas divided into seafood, Japanese, Indian, European, Chinese, dessert and more We went to the seafood area first, maybe because there were a lot of people queuing up just after seating, about 5 minutes to get 🙌🏻 🦐Seafood: We took marbles, oysters, mussels, crab, shrimp Among them, our least recommended are oysters and marbles, oysters are no oyster smell, no seawater smell, and are relatively fishy and small, a little disappointed🦪 The more recommended are shrimp and crab, but their salt content is very high, eat really salty, but the advantage is quite large, is more affordable, and better than oysters tasteless😂 🍙Japanese: We saw sushi when we were queuing for seafood. We thought we would pick it up after eating the first plate, but after eating it, we walked back and it became something else. We couldn't find Japanese food😶 🍛 Indian cuisine: My boyfriend's favorite food in the whole buffet is Indian curry rice. The spices of curry rice are very fragrant, not too heavy, and it is easier to accept🥘 🍕 European cuisine: I tried 3 pizzas, of which I like the cheese pizza the most, the second is the crab meat pizza, D ingredients are quite a lot, but eat too much is quite missing 🤔 ▪️Spanish pasta is quite creamy and not very dry ▪️ Lasagna will be too leaky, and the taste is not strong enough 🫣 ▪️ Pan-fried salmon is the most disappointing, not fragrant, and no taste, really only the appearance is attractive. We have seen many people take the salmon, but did not eat, it was a scam😂 ▪️Fried beef fillet, two words describe "shoes, tough", do not recommend this ▪️ Holy child is normal, and usually buffet is rarely eaten, feels quite special 🍰 Dessert: It’s really cool The best is the cheesecake and caramel compote, the others are just the look, even the marshmallows in the chocolate fountain are weird 🤣 ▶️ Environment: The environment is actually quite good, not crowded, the atmosphere is quite lively. The tables are very close to the food area, you don't have to walk for a long time to get food🥰 ▶️ Offer: Originally AUD$94 a person, then there is a 7% discount, after the discount about AUD$65-70 a person, Valentine's Day will also have 2 glasses of champagne free🌟 ▶️ Overall: It's cheap for a buffet dinner of HKD$400, if you just want to eat enough.
