Quanzhou Accommodation|Suddenly comfortable B&B in Old Street.

I have only been to Fuzhou and Xiamen before, but this year 🌸hairpin flowers have made Quanzhou popular again. I have always heard from my friends that Quanzhou is a great value for money travel destination and worth a visit! Taking advantage of the New Year holiday, I decided to take a trip even though time is running out! Because I had lost confidence in some B&Bs that were too commercialized and had poor accommodation, before deciding to travel to Quanzhou, I had been searching for chain hotels on the platform, but found that they were all quite far away from the old city. Thinking of the old saying "Look for ancient sites under the Erythrina flowers and visit old news in the ancient streets of Fengze", I happily found my university classmate who is from Fujian. He directly recommended this new homestay to me, called Sanpin Lancuo. I unexpectedly found that the stay was very comfortable and the staff were very considerate. It completely met my expectations. 🧲Location advantage of the B&B: It is located in Goldfish Lane in Licheng District. The main attractions and food of this Citywalk are in this old city. After arriving, I found that it is really convenient to live here. With the 2 yuan taxi specially set up in the old city, you can stop wherever you want by waving your hand. A very important point is that the next day, as soon as I walked a few steps to the intersection, I found the Aia Agar recommended by my cousin across the street. I ate it for two days! Here are some pros and cons of the B&B itself. 🎑The decoration style of Lancuo is not out of place in the old alley. The room we stayed in on the first night was designed with red bricks from southern Fujian🧱. There were some natural green plants outside the window of the room. If you pay close attention, you will find that the names of the rooms are also carefully close to traditional culture. We stayed in the "Three Reds" room. There is a 🥤self-service beverage area in the store, with cola, drip coffee, local small drinks, and very thoughtful eye masks and earplugs, which are essential for sleep for me. It is really a plus that the B&B can think of this; 🛏 mattresses and toiletries are synchronized with high-end hotels. The toiletries are the white moss series of Italy's ACCA KAPPA, which are of good taste; each room is equipped with tea sets and Quanzhou tourist maps, which have both local characteristics and bring convenience to guests, which is also a plus. If you live upstairs, you need to take the stairs. Although the spiral staircase is beautiful, if you have a lot of luggage, you still need to ask the housekeepers for help. The housekeepers were very nice. We arrived at the hotel almost at dawn on the first night, and there was someone on duty to pick us up and even asked if we wanted to do our laundry. 🛠️The only drawback: First, I don't know if it's because of Quanzhou's summer or because the red bricks are connected to the outdoors, the room is prone to mosquitoes🦟, so you must use mosquito coils and spray mosquito repellent; second, the bathroom in the Sanhong room where I stayed on the first night🚾 only had a curtain but no door. Couples who mind this should make a note to ask the housekeeper to give you a one with a door (otherwise I'm afraid you'll be embarrassed haha). Although I changed rooms because I wanted to stay in a twin bed, I experienced a "perfect" suite with a super large balcony on the second night, and it was great to take pictures of the ancient alley outside~! Overall experience: My friend and I originally wanted to stay in a chain hotel, and booking here was really a surprise. Although the price was already mid-to-high, the experience was unexpectedly satisfactory, and it was very considerate in all aspects. Don't miss it if you want to travel conveniently in the old town and want to experience the ancient life in the alleys comfortably👍
