Quebec city

Quebec City felt like stepping into a European fairytale. I started in Old Quebec, wandering cobblestone streets lined with charming stone buildings. A stop at a café for coffee and a croissant set the tone for a perfect day. The iconic Château Frontenac was as grand as I imagined, and the views from Dufferin Terrace over the St. Lawrence River were breathtaking. Exploring Petit-Champlain, with its boutique shops and storybook charm, was a highlight—I even picked up a hand-painted ornament as a keepsake. Lunch was classic poutine at a cozy bistro, followed by a walk through the Plains of Abraham, a historic park with serene green spaces and stunning city views.
