Wawa Dam (also known as Montalban Dam) is a gravity dam constructed over the Marikina River in the municipality of Rodriguez in Rizal province, Philippines. Wawa Dam originated from the Dumagat word “wawa” which means entrance. The jeepney fare from Marikina up to Wawa Dam and vice versa cost 10 pesos The tricycle fare from any point in the main town of Rodriguez to Wawa Dam and vice versa cost 8 pesos per individual. #newyearadventure
