The Blessing Park is the core of the five parks, running through the entire park area, with a planned land area of about 500 acres. Main constructions: 1. The Sea and Sky Scenic Area, including the Sea and Sky Plaza and the Blessing Sea Precious Stones; 2. The Academy Area, including the Academy Research Center and the Calligraphy and Painting Academy; 3. The Crystal Palace Area, including the Tsunami Pavilion and the Crystal Fantasy Palace; 4. The Cultural Theme Area, including the Blessing Star Scenic Area and the Blessing Sea Tower Scenic Area. The Longevity Park is themed around health culture, reflecting the Chinese nation's longing and pursuit of 'longevity' from ancient times to the present, with a land area of about 50 acres. The Health Park aims to reflect the theme of 'health' in the themed park—fitness and leisure, mainly constructing swimming pools, with a planned land area of about 50 acres.
