This is a stunning house and garden to explore

#uttlesfordtrips #aprilblooms a beautiful building with lovely grounds, a fantastic art and taxidermy collection, and gorgeous interior design and furnishings. The flowers weren't in full bloom yet in March, but they were beginning to appear. The house tour is easily the most child friendly tour we have been on. The house is much changed since the 17th C but, unusually is blessed by still possessing much of the furniture and many of the paintings which its successive owners purchased before EH took possession. The guides we met were exceptionally knowledgeable about the house, its contents and its history.
