The strange pine forest grasslands of southern Laos

If anyone thinks that life is too easy right now and wants to find something challenging for their life, I recommend this place. The bald mountain of southern Laos, "Kapa Plaek", is located in Salavan Province, adjacent to Sekong Province, Lao PDR. If you leave Pakse city, it will be about 200 kilometers away. On this trip, I rode a motorcycle there. But we will stop to sleep in Salavan for 1 night and the next day, we will travel to Kapa Plaek. The journey will be on an asphalt road until the last 20 kilometers, which will be a dirt road that requires a lot of effort. If it's the rainy season, don't even think about it. But when you reach your destination, I think it's worth it. This place is about 1,000 meters above sea level, making the landscape pine forests and cold weather all year round. The view is strange and you can see as far as the eye can see. Taking yourself back to adventure and resetting the conditions in life again, I think traveling here is something worth coming here at least once. #TravelSouthLaos
