It was about a 30-minute walk from the inn where I was staying, or about 20 minutes on foot from the city center. You can also take a bus, but it only goes part of the way, so I decided to walk up. The view from the viewpoint called 'Mirador' in Spanish was beautiful, but personally, I was most moved by the sunset scenery along the way. Therefore, I recommend timing your visit around sunset rather than going too early, as you can enjoy it twice as much. Even after dark, it's safe to walk back down to the city, so it's definitely worth the trip.
