I came to Santorini, so I visited a winery to try the local wine. Santorini is an island made of lava, and white grapes are everywhere! Santo wine, made from those grapes, is a delicious white wine that can only be tasted here. The winery has a restaurant attached to it, so you can drink freshly made wine while looking at the amazing view! It's easy to get to, just one bus ride from Fira, and the view is amazing and the wine is easy to drink and delicious, so please come and visit♬ [Tourist points] ------------ ○Advance reservations are recommended →If it's crowded, you may not be able to see the tour or get into the restaurant at the time you want to see it. Also, by making a reservation in advance, we were able to reserve a good seat on the sea side at the restaurant. (How to make a reservation) This time we booked a course that included a winery tour and 6 glasses of tasting. You can make a reservation from the official website of Santo Winery. It was all in English, and the reservation process was a little complicated. ・You can jump to each page in the order of reservation → tour → watching the history video → tasting, and select the time, etc. Each time, there is a time selection column, but you don't have to select all of them. For example, if you are not interested in the tour, you can select a column like [Don't select] and the tour will not be reserved. ・For tasting, you can select the number of glasses. You don't have to order one set per person. →The price was a bit high, so we ordered one set of six glasses for two people. (I think it was about 5,000 yen.) We could also select food online, but we didn't. On the day, the six glasses came with a large set of snacks, so it was a great decision to order one set for two people.
