Local Delights at Tiantongxuan

While staying at the TimTon Kangda Hotel, we decided to stay close to “home” and have dinner at their in-house Chinese restaurant. We grabbed a table out on the terrace, near the pool, and it felt like a really beautiful and relaxing setting. Waiters there were very attentive and the food we ordered came in a really good time! What we ate: - Coconut Rice - Shredded Coconut Glutinous Rice Roll (a little too strong in what seemed to be the coconut oil it was cooked with? but I still ate two or three rolls regardless!) - Eggplant with Salted Fish - Spinach with Nuts - Stupid Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms (yes it was actually called Stupid Chicken, but was delicious and had a curry-like flavour. - Scrambled Eggs with Scallion - Tiantong Fried Rice We devoured it all! #asiatrip
