🇻🇳 Sapa, Part 2 — a place that stays with you 🌫⛰

Sapa isn’t the kind of place you leave feeling “fulfilled.” It’s more like you leave it quietly changed. I didn’t go trekking, didn’t climb peaks, didn’t stay in remote villages. But even without all that, Sapa sank deeper than expected. 🧭 What stayed with me: 1. Silence — the kind you don’t notice at first, but then it wraps around you like a blanket. 2. Nature — not a backdrop for photos, but a living presence that makes you feel small in the best way. 3. People — calm, open, unhurried. Their rhythm is contagious. You just live the day. Watch the clouds roll down the mountains. Sip tea. Read. Walk with no purpose. And suddenly you realize how long it’s been since you were truly present. 🧘 What matters: Sapa doesn’t have to be about activities. Even if you’re just sitting by your hostel window, listening to the rain, or walking to a café through the mist — that’s already an experience. And maybe it’s exactly the one you need. I didn’t have to “do it all.” I just had to be. And that happened. Sapa gave me space — from myself, from the rush, from the background noise.
