The red brick building near Sapporo Station, on the way to Odori Park, is the former Hokkaido Government Office. This historic building has been the administrative center of Hokkaido for 80 years. It is now open to the public as a historic building, but unfortunately, it was under construction when I visited. #Snowscape #Sapporo
