[Hokkaido/Sapporo] A popular restaurant in Sapporo, the mecca of Shime Parfait culture

🥄Parfait, coffee, sake, Sato 📍Hokkaido Nishi 4-chome (5 mins walk from Odori Station) This time I ordered ・Strawberry and cheese ~ Slightly foamy espuma style ~ (2187 yen) ・Pudding and strawberry ~ Nostalgic pudding a la mode style ~ (1971 yen) ・Hot Japanese tea (693 yen) ・Today's coffee (647 yen) ️📝 Strawberry and cheese is a gorgeous dish made by layering three types of cheese and strawberries. I was enchanted by the sweetness of the strawberries and the soft rose scent that spread in my mouth 🌹 The fragrant rose mousse, the tea-flavored royaltine, the richness of the cream cheese, the homemade bean paste, everything was calculated to be delicious no matter where you eat it 💗 You can enjoy the change in aroma and taste every time you put a spoon in ✨ It was so delicious 💕 . . . . The pudding and strawberries that my friend was eating were a parfait that represented pudding a la mode. The ice cream with homemade bitter caramel sauce was just like custard pudding 🍮 The steamed pudding was inside, making it a luxurious pudding a la mode. The strawberry sorbet was also sweet and sour and refreshing 🍓 This time I ate at the counter seat on the second floor. The live feeling of the open kitchen was comfortable and I enjoyed watching the parfait being made right in front of me☺️ Next time I'd like to try the projection mapping seats on the 3rd floor💕 ✍️ Sato-san's thoughtfulness in serving parfaits together whenever possible is also wonderful. If you go to Sapporo, this is the perfect place to experience the Shime Parfait culture.
