It is unfortunate that there is little scale or guidance.The view of Sejong City Hall from the top of the 9th floor of the observatory via the elevator is very beautiful. It would also be a good idea to come down after the sightseeing and take a break while drinking coffee at the observatory rest area. The elevator walls are made of glass, so going up feels a bit like riding an amusement ride.
