Further ahead is the Great Theatre, which is said to be able to accommodate 25,000 people. The stepped auditorium extends up the hillside. Standing on the top level and looking down, the view is superb. It must have been very lively when everyone gathered here to watch performances and listen to speeches. There are many temple ruins, baths and mosaic floors around, rich in details, each of which is worth savoring. Another very healing highlight: there are so many cute cats along the way. They just lie beside the stone pillars and on the stone steps, not afraid of people at all, and some even take the initiative to approach and act coquettishly. When I got tired of taking pictures of ancient monuments, I played with the cat and recharged myself instantly.
