Seogwipo Jungmun's popular restaurant, Hongbal, is located in front of the Cheonjeyeon Waterfall parking lot. The interior feels cozy, perhaps because it seems like a house converted into a restaurant. Mala soup and lamb are said to be the popular dishes, but everything we ordered was delicious. On this day, we ordered cumin lamb, stir-fried dried tofu, and fried rice. The prices are reasonable (mostly between 10,000 to 20,000 KRW), the portions are generous, and the taste is excellent. The homestyle flavor isn't too strong with spices, making it easy to enjoy. Highly recommended as a Chinese restaurant in the Jungmun Tourist Complex.
