Seopjikoji All In House

Located at the easternmost part of Jeju Island, past Seongsan Ilchulbong and heading further south, you'll find Seopjikoji, a coastal cliff destination known for its unique rock formations, including the famous 'Fairy Rock.' This spot gained popularity as the filming location for the drama 'All In,' which aired 20 years ago, and has since become one of Jeju's iconic tourist attractions. Regardless of the season, it continues to draw countless visitors. Last week, when the weather was warm, I decided to take a drive to the eastern part of Jeju Island and stopped by Seopjikoji. To my surprise, there was a new swing chair photo zone offering a stunning view of Seongsan Ilchulbong across the sea. Exploring the entirety of Seopjikoji takes about 40–50 minutes. The path to the lighthouse at Red Oreum is gentle, making it accessible for everyone. Before visiting, it's helpful to know about the parking fees: for small to medium-sized cars, the fee is 1,000 KRW for up to 30 minutes, with an additional 500 KRW for every 15 minutes thereafter. The maximum daily fee is 3,000 KRW, and for larger vehicles, the fee is doubled. At the entrance, you'll find detailed information about the site. Historically, this area housed a beacon tower during the Joseon Dynasty. The name 'Seopji' refers to a land known for producing many scholars, while 'Koji' is derived from the word 'cape.' The terrain is not steep, and apart from Red Oreum, the area is wheelchair and stroller-friendly. Additionally, Seopjikoji is a pet-friendly destination, making it a great spot to visit with your furry friends. The All In House, which served as a filming location for the drama 'All In,' was remodeled in 2014 into a fairy tale-like 'Cookie House.' However, it has been left unused for a long time. Despite this, its exotic exterior makes it a popular photo spot, perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy travel photos with the entrance as a backdrop.
