Dining options weren’t limited to the hotel. For breakfast, I highly recommend the 5-minute walk to "Irovy Ivory," where a 100 RMB per person set meal offered far better value than the hotel. For dinner, a short bus ride to the area near Starbucks led to tempting choices: the aroma of BHC fried chicken, the lively atmosphere of Korean eateries, or the sizzle of grilled meat at a tangerine orchard restaurant. At night, a ten-minute stroll along the path took me to Jungmun Beach, where the moonlit waves shimmered with silver edges, gently erasing even the footprints in the sand. After three days, I noticed most guests were either locals or Western travelers. Without the noise of tour groups, the air itself felt leisurely. Sitting on the balcony with a beer, gazing at the sea, I suddenly understood Jeju’s romance—it’s not about rushed check-ins, but about slowing down time, listening to the waves, daydreaming, and surrendering yourself to the sea.
