I visited Cafe High West located on the first basement floor of Pangyo Hyundai Department Store ❤️ It was really famous for its teddy bear cakes, so I really wanted to visit there, and the cute exterior really caught my eye! It is very famous for its scones, and I visited on Christmas and bought a cake! I bought the signature teddy bear cake (9.5), and it was perfect for a year-end party.
