[Sinsa/Seoul] Natural Kuksu, a local favorite

[A popular local guksu restaurant] Durekkusu Sinsa Main Branch Hello 🐵 I went to a popular guksu restaurant in Sinsa! I found the restaurant sign! But then a car was parked right in front of it? I was surprised lol I was convinced that the restaurant entrance was inside the building entrance, so I went in. Around 12:30 on a weekday. There are many tables for four people and it is always full. It's full of locals! I was able to enter without lining up. They give you a menu at the entrance and show you to your seat after you order. I felt sorry to be seated at a table for four people because I was alone... I wonder if locals share tables? I was debating whether to get guksu or bori-bap (bibimbap), but when I looked at the people ordering, I saw that the guksu rate was by far the highest, so I decided on guksu! It comes out about 5 minutes after I ordered. Guksu with spring chrysanthemum, green onions and beef. The set also comes with kimchi and a small amount of rice. I ordered less rice, but if you want more, just let me know! The soup stock! A lump of the flavor of green onions and vegetables. It has a soft texture and a gentle taste. The noodles look like Chinese noodles and are very smooth. It's like a very light ramen! There is also soy sauce gochu on the tray to change the flavor. It wasn't that spicy, but it was more delicious without it 🤤 The kimchi is not sour but has a little spiciness, which is my favorite flavor ❤️ There was too much noodles, so it was about 2.5 servings? lol I ended up leaving some. The spring chrysanthemum cooks and turns black while you're eating, so it's better to eat it quickly! They gave me Yakult when I paid the bill! The person sitting next to me was getting some at their seat, so I wonder if they would give it to me if I asked? I was very satisfied and touched by the kind consideration☺️ After I finished eating, I asked about the restroom and there was a person who spoke Japanese! I was surprised to hear him speak Japanese lol It seems to be the owner. My friend who I introduced visited later, and when he visited at night they said that the only menu for dinner was hotpot, but the owner was kind enough to help him because he came from Japan, and gave him a special meal of guksu and boori-bap, which are only served at lunchtime! What a wonderful and divine response🥹✨ The hotpot for dinner was also delicious! They only make it for that day, so it seems that they close when they sell out, so I recommend going early!
