The main menu items are large intestine rice bowl and hormone-dong. When you order, clam soup comes out like in picture 5. It's spicy and sour, and if you eat it with the Daechang rice bowl that can be greasy, it's the best combination in the world๐คค โโThe Daechang rice bowl is so delicious because the Daechang is plump and chewy..๐ญ The sauce is also delicious, and if you put boots on top of rice and Daechang and eat it with radish kimchi, and take a sip of the clam soup, Ah...... [Songridan-gil Truffle Salt Dipped Pork Cutlet Restaurant, Zen] ๐ Zen - Assorted Katsu: โฉ15,000 - Cheese Katsu: โฉ14,000 - Sirloin Katsu: โฉ13,000 - Tenderloin: โฉ13,000 Songridan-gil seems to have a lot of Japanese food. This time, I'm going to introduce you to Zen, a very hot pork cutlet restaurant with a waiting line even on weekdaysโบ๏ธ The side dishes are neatly presented and so delicious that I've visited 3 times! The first photo is Cheese Katsu. Thinly sliced โโsirloin is filled with whole mozzarella cheese! When you take a bite of the freshly made pork cutlet, the cheese stretches out and it's so rich and delicious๐ The second photo is Hirekitsu. Hirekatsu is a tenderloin pork cutlet that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The reason I especially like Zen is because of the various sauces. If you look at the third picture, there is brown tonkatsu sauce, and next to it, there is yellow truffle oil and Himalayan pink salt. It is fun to choose the sauce and dip it in. [Songridan-gil Ramen Restaurant, Char Siu Donburi Restaurant Sambangmae] ๐Sambangmae ๐ - Tonkotsu Ramen: โฉ8,000 - Char Siu Donburi: โฉ9,500 I'll introduce you to my favorite restaurant in Songridan-gil that I visit very often! I really, really like ramen out of all Japanese food, and this is one of the top three ramen restaurants I've had in Korea! The broth is really rich pork broth, so when I slurp down a sip, I can't help but exclaim, "Wow~" ๐ The broth is rich, but the noodles are chewy and tasty, and the chashu in the ramen is so thick and delicious. As I'm writing this, I really want to slurp down the soup with a half-boiled egg๐คค And the chashu donburi is also delicious. Just like the chashu in the ramen, the chashu is very thick and soft, so when you eat it with the salty donburi sauce and rice, it's so delicious!!!! Oh no.. I have to go eat again soon..
