: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : It’s about a 5-minute walk from Exit 4 of Erling Subway Station on Line 5 (purple). The store’s sign is very obvious at the entrance of the alley. We made a reservation to eat when the restaurant opened at 12 o'clock, but when we arrived at the door, there were already several groups sitting inside waiting. After telling the boss our reservation number, we were taken to a small private room at the back, which was just convenient for our noisy group (we were so lucky). The price of the crab in soy sauce is calculated per person. If you don't order anything else, each person has a fixed portion (45,000 KRW), which includes side dishes, steamed eggs and kimchi and kelp soup. The whole crab in soy sauce is marinated with a Japanese-style white soy sauce. The crab meat will come out of the belly shell with a slight squeeze. It tastes completely free of fishy or salty. It is a delicacy when paired with hot white rice and eaten in one bite with seaweed. It is recommended to add some white rice to the crab meat on the back shell, and then use a spoon to stir the rice and crab meat/roe evenly. One spoonful of it will instantly make you happy. The nine side dishes all have their own fans. My favorite is their kimchi. Unlike most stores where kimchi is sliced, they pickle whole baby cabbage. The taste is more spicy than sour, but the ratio is enough for people who are afraid of spicy or sour food. In addition, they have a kind of green seaweed similar to seaweed, which I have never eaten in other stores. My friend said that it feels like eating grass at first, but after eating it for a long time, you will find that it tastes better than seaweed. We ordered at least 6-7 plates of this side dish alone. I really recommend everyone to come to Zhenwei to try it. The steamed egg and kelp soup are also very delicious😋 Overall, the food quality, processing, and delivery speed are very good.
