LOSTONE

[Lostone Architecture & Brand Story] Lostone, designed by architect Jeong Ui-yeop, winner of the Korea New Architects Award and the American Architecture Award, is an abbreviation for Lost Stone. It symbolizes what has been lost in the modern city and its daily life, and it means a place to restore it. Located in the largest Chinatown in Korea and an area where Chinese people live, Lostone reinterprets the surreal landscape of rocky cliffs that commonly appear in the tradition of Korean-Chinese landscape paintings, and seeks to bring back the sensitivity to nature and cultural monuments that have disappeared from the modern city. -By Lostone The tall building exterior standing alone in a small residential area and commercial area is truly unique, and the interior filled with huge rocks was also eye-poppingly unique. The 1st floor is Lostone, the 2nd floor is Lostone Hill, the 3rd floor is Lostone Lounge, and the 4th floor is Lostone Gallery. Each floor has a different concept. I liked all of the floors, but the 2nd floor in particular has a sloped floor, as the name Lost Hill suggests. It was fun to struggle a little bit to keep my balance while holding a tray with lattes and matcha lattes on it.
