[Tokyo/Goutokuji] Enjoy crepes from breakfast to dinner at QUALLY

#TravelWithMe "EQUALLY" opened in Gotokuji in May 2024. A crepe-focused restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, cafe time, and dinner three days a week on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The elegant specialty crepes created by owner pastry chef Koichi Tomono, who started the crepe boom, are popular, and the restaurant moved from Omotesando to Gotokuji. The first thing you'll want to try is a simple crepe. They are particular about the ingredients and manufacturing process, and the flour used in the dough is a blend of French and domestic flour, and they use fresh eggs delivered directly from farmers, milk from Hokkaido, and Calpis special butter. After an order is placed, the crepe is baked in a French cast iron crepe machine, and French AOP fermented salted butter is spread on the hot plate. ・ There are six varieties available, including "Salted Caramel" for 960 yen and "Iwagi Island Lemon Sugar" for 1,100 yen. You can also add toppings such as three kinds of "Gelato" (400 yen) and "Seasonal Fruits" (500 yen / half 300 yen). Seasonal specialty crepes, in July you can enjoy peaches! The crepe chocolat sandwich, which can be taken as a souvenir, is also a big draw. Roasted Sicilian hazelnuts, homemade feuilletine, and couverture chocolate are stuffed into the original crepe dough and wrapped thinly in a rectangle for 950 yen. The original wrapping paper is also stylish! It will last for one day at room temperature and three days in the refrigerator.
