[Setagaya, Tokyo🇯🇵 Boro Market] Only held four times a year! ️A traditional market that has continued since the Sengoku period☺️
#Spring0yentrip
I went to Boroichi, a traditional second-hand market held every year in Setagaya, Tokyo, for four days on December 15th and 16th and January 15th and 16th☺️
Boroichi is a traditional second-hand market held every year in Setagaya, Tokyo.
There are many items that make you feel nostalgic, such as antiques, daily necessities, antique kimonos, and records.
Boroichi has been held since the Sengoku period and is designated as an intangible folk cultural property of Tokyo☺️
Boroichi is said to be visited by 200,000 people a day, and it is very crowded.
It is quite lively.
This time, I also bought Daikanmochi, which can only be eaten during the Boroichi.
I heard that the wait would be more than an hour, but I waited just about an hour.
There are three types: kinako, azuki, and karami.
Each one costs ¥1000 and is quite filling.
I bought the karami and azuki, and both were delicious☺️
It is held on the same date every year, so if you are interested, please go‼️
