I've always wanted to experience the food and scenery of Chaoshan! This time, taking advantage of a business trip to start a short journey in Shantou~ Hotel🏨 Shantou Marriott Hotel Less than a year after opening, it's often fully booked, and the stay experience really lives up to its reputation~ The hotel incorporates many local Chaoshan features with the traditional 'Four Points Gold' style in the guest rooms, where the art paintings of the Four Points Gold pattern symbolize a house full of gold. The hotel is close to the harbor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer expansive sea views. Leaning against the window to enjoy the waves and sea charm, the view is fantastic~ The Marriott Chinese restaurant in the hotel serves stunning Chaoshan cuisine~ and there's also beef hotpot🍲 The lobby on the 27th floor offers cloud-high sea and city views, and the same floor's Zhen Kitchen buffet has a rich selection of local seafood and special snacks~ Attraction: Mayu Island⛰️ I didn't choose to go to the landmark park because staying at the Shantou Marriott Hotel, I could see Mayu Island across the sea, so I decided to check out the scenery of Mayu Island~ Coming to the island was a surprise! Few people! Beautiful scenery! Strong folk culture atmosphere It's just a pity that it got colder😮‍💨 otherwise I could have played in the sea by the beach~
