Shaoxing, the Capital of Yellow Wine — China Yellow Wine Museum

The China Yellow Wine Museum, with an investment of 420 million RMB, integrates culture, history, and tourism shopping into one. The China Yellow Wine Museum is the symbol of China's largest 'Capital of Yellow Wine'. Yellow wine, beer, and wine have been the three ancient alcoholic beverages of the world since ancient times, but only yellow wine originated and flourished in China. The museum comprehensively displays the long history and cultural essence of yellow wine through various exhibition methods, divided into the Wine History Hall, Wine Art Hall, 3D Cinema Hall, and the underground wine cellar. The Wine History Hall mainly uses historical clues, text display boards, physical displays, and three-dimensional scenes to show the long history of yellow wine and the various cultural customs that have emerged over this historical period. The Wine Art Hall displays the brewing techniques of yellow wine through physical objects and one-to-one real-life three-dimensional demonstrations. The underground wine cellar is a major visiting point of the Yellow Wine City, covering more than 400 square meters, and currently stores 4,350 vats of aged yellow wine and 500 vats of Olympic wine in a traditional manner.
