Just outside the homestay, the Pangu Fossil Museum stands as a witness to the miracles of life over billions of years, inspiring deep contemplation about the origins and future of life. The murmuring stream outside the window and the interplay of light and shadow inside create a magical experience, as if traveling through time and space. Here, you'll find totems from Tanzania, Africa, and decorative items, tableware, and more brought back from various corners of the world. In the "Carboniferous" room where I stayed, there was even a tree—reportedly carried down from the mountains by the host and now repurposed as a lamp stand, showcasing truly innovative design.
