3 Days and 2 Nights, Discovering the Spring Scenery of She County, Huangshan

In addition to the plum blossoms in the selling-flower fishing village in February, She County, Huangshan is very suitable for viewing rapeseed flowers in spring. You can enjoy the beautiful spring scenery with a two-day weekend trip. 🌍Recommended route: Day 01 Arrive at She County, Huangshan in the evening - check in at Nanping Shuitian Yishe Homestay Day 02 Shitan Village - Lunch - Wufushan Mountain overlooking the Xin'an River - Rapeseed Flower Field - Return to the homestay for dinner Day 03 Stroll along the Xin'an River - Lunch at the homestay - Visit Huizhou Ancient City - Afternoon tea - Return to Shanghai Shitan Village (Pictures 2 & 3) You need to take a shuttle bus to enter the scenic spot. The scenery of the Xiatai Viewing Platform is the best in the whole scenic spot. After getting on the bus, it will take you directly there. I estimate that the rapeseed flowers on the mountain will bloom earlier. It will be better around March 20th. When I went there on March 30th, they were almost all gone. Wufushan Mountain and Xin'an River (Pictures 1, 5 & 6) This is a good place to watch the big bend of the Xin'an River. Navigate directly to: Wufushan Farm, and you can reach it. This location is also friendly to those who don't have drones. You can see the panoramic view without climbing too high. Of course, if you have a drone, it will be even better to fly higher, but pay attention to safety when flying here, as it is easy to crash in the mountains. Rapeseed Flower Field (Picture 4) A random rapeseed flower field found by the roadside. At this time, it is the peak season for rapeseed flowers in She County. Find a safe place to park on the roadside and you can take great photos. Nanping Shuitian Yishe Homestay (Pictures 7-11) This is my second stay at this homestay. It is excellent, a veritable riverside room. Opening the balcony door reveals the beautiful scenery of the Xin'an River. The location is excellent, and the owner is a very tasteful lady. The whole homestay is beautifully decorated and worth visiting again and again. Huizhou Ancient City (Pictures 12 & 13) Ancient cities are all similar. It's nice to stroll around and eat. You can also sit in the cafe on the city wall, enjoy the breeze and relax. If you are interested, you can also visit the nearby Fanghua Hotel, one of the filming locations for the movie "Youth". 💡Useful Tips 1️⃣If you want to see the sea of clouds in Shitan Village, it is recommended to arrive around 6:00. 2️⃣Recommended travel time: The end of March is the flowering season for rapeseed flowers. I went there on March 30th, which was a little late. It is recommended that you go on the weekend around March 20th for better flower viewing.
