Sheffield on a Rainy Day

Average price from Liverpool to Sheffield is £30 return ticket with the 1/3 rial card. I absolutely recommend getting the Railcard especially as a traveller if you want to save some cash. iIoften get the direct train whenever possible for a smoother journey. I recommend buying your tickets in advance and saving it on your phone to avoid collection queues or delays. Sheffield is a nice city for a day out. There's a variety of foods/restaurants to try. Town is fairly quiet and not too busy. I like the structure as parts of it remind me of Edinburgh. if you've never been it's worth the trip. Whether you like hiking strolling or just there for leisure ... Sheffield has a bit of everything. Trams are fairly popular and on time to get from one end to another. I even prefer it over buses.
