The noodles were covered with so much century egg sauce that I could hardly see the noodles. The minced garlic here is very fresh and full of flavor, and you can add it yourself until you are satisfied. The chili seems harmless when you put it in your mouth but explodes on the tip of your tongue after only five seconds. The spiciness is spicy but not unacceptable, and the spiciness in your mouth will dissipate, which made me unable to stop eating it at all. I even scraped the bottom of the bowl clean with a spoon after finishing the noodles. Needless to say, it tastes so good. The dumplings were well-balanced, with a thin skin and rich fillings. The cabbage, leek and pork filling was okay, but it was a pity that there was no leek filling to try today. After adding minced garlic, I really kept eating them. This restaurant is one of the few that has delicious main dishes and eye-catching condiments. The two-color pepper is outstanding, the minced garlic is fresh and delicious, and the garlic soy sauce is even more flavorful. Next time I'll try their pot stickers and chive dumplings.
