I went on a trip to Yamaguchi for the first time in my life♪ Yamaguchi Prefecture is often overlooked because it is sandwiched between the impressive prefectures of Fukuoka and Hiroshima, but when I went there, I found it to be an incredibly wonderful prefecture✨ There are so many tourist spots with spectacular views and local gourmet food that it's impossible to see everything in 2 nights and 3 days! The photo this time is Karato Market, the kitchen of the Kanmon, which is essential when talking about Yamaguchi's gourmet food! Shimonoseki is a port town overlooking both the Seto Inland Sea and the Sea of Japan, and seafood is abundant. If you visit on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you can enjoy the market lined with sushi stalls called "Ikiki Bakangai"♪ There is also an aquarium and commercial facilities nearby.
