Osaka Shinsaibashi｜This Kobe beef BBQ is absolutely amazing

I went shopping at Daimaru with a friend, and at lunch time I stumbled upon this newly opened BBQ restaurant on the side of the road, with flowers placed at the door. The store has a bar and regular seats, and the environment is clean and tidy. The menu offers both single items and set menus, with set menus starting at 6,000 yen. For a 10,000 yen set menu, you can enjoy top-quality Kobe beef, even rare cuts such as Chateaubriand steak. We ordered a set meal with 15 dishes and all-you-can-drink sake for 15,000 yen. The diaphragm sashimi, premium salted beef tongue, and Kobe beef truffle sukiyaki have soft and delicate texture, and you can taste their top quality with just one bite. The seared wagyu sushi and grilled beef are prepared right in front of the guests, cooked to the perfect degree of doneness, and mixed with raw egg liquid and crushed peanuts, for a delicious taste. I especially want to praise the Chateaubriand steak, which is delicious when served with mustard or Korean kimchi! For the sake all-you-can-drink option, you can choose a beautiful cup and taste 10 kinds of sake. While enjoying the barbecue, you can experience the different levels of Japanese sake, from the fruity "Shinkai" to the mellow and spicy "Kubota", each one is amazing. Whether you are a wine lover or someone who wants to try the flavor of Japanese sake, it is worth a try. The store is even more thoughtful, clearly marking the barbecue that is suitable for pairing with each wine.
