[Shinshiro City, Aichi] Nagashino Castle Ruins and Historic Preservation Museum 🏯

Nagashino Castle is a historic spot known as a fierce battlefield during the Sengoku period. In particular, the Battle of Nagashino in 1575 is famous as the battle in which the Oda-Tokugawa allied forces defeated the Takeda army. It is now a historic park, dotted with places where you can feel the atmosphere of the time, such as earthworks and dry moats. The adjacent historic site preservation museum displays weapons and battle-related materials from that time, allowing you to learn about the real history of the Sengoku period.
