I went in the summer this time, and the green feeling of the rice in the fields was beautiful, but I heard that the snow piled up in the winter is also beautiful, so I definitely plan to go see it next time. Kanazawa is beautiful with exhibits from the station, and the food is famous for the fish called Nodoguro, but it doesn't taste special, so I don't recommend it, but if you go to the market in Kanazawa City, you can taste fresh sashimi rice bowls for about 500 yen per rice bowl, which is relatively cheap! There are also many art galleries, so it's good to slowly look around and appreciate the works. Higashi Chaya Street is an old town made up of traditional wooden houses. There is a warm and famous house on the street where you can taste matcha, and I really liked the traditional Japanese bar where you can taste three kinds of sake made directly with Kanazawa rice!
