Saturday Trip to Shunde

A weekend trip from Hong Kong to Shunde doesn't take long. It takes about an hour to take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, and then transfer to Shunde Station, including waiting time, it takes less than two hours. Shunde, as one of the Four Little Tigers of Guangdong, excels in Cantonese cuisine. Both the meat and vegetables are delicious, flavorful but not overpowering. Indeed, Cantonese cuisine is truly tasty.
