There are places and people that remain imprinted in the mind and surely the visit to Lastra will be one of them. Wine is not a simple product. Yes, of course, it follows a specific production phase, it has its own supply chain, but behind it it contains something much more. Wine is made of earth, sky, wind, weather and above all wine is made of people. And the visit to the La Lastra winery is an example of how important it is not so important what you drink, but WHO you drink. Renato and Nadia opened the doors of their cellar, their farm, their house, but also a little of their lives and for this I feel like to thanking them infinitely, because what we made is one of those visits that remain in the heart.
