SONG FA bak kut teh - Singapore

📍50 Jurong Gateway Rd, #b1-09, 608549 SONG FA may be the most famous bak kut teh in Singapore, also has many outlets all around. I’ve been here several times. 🥣The ribs soup is their special. I usually order a ribs soup with some pig’s liver. The big pork rib is well cooked so it won’t be hard to pick meat from the bones. What I like most is that their soup has a sharp peppery flavor and also a little bit tastes of garlic. The price of the soup is quite reasonable, usually around 10 dollars. If you feel like the soup is not enough for the stomach, then it’s traditional to add a dough fritters and soak it into the soup. They have some braised as well but I haven’t got the chance to taste.
