Singapore musical box museum

Located in Telok Ayer area, the Singapore musical box museum features antique artifacts from 18th and 19th century Europe. It traces the evolution of musical boxes as it makes it way to Singapore in the early 20th century. The museum is housed in a historical building, with a nonya style cafe at the 1st storey. It is easily accessible via public transportation (bus, MRT). Admission charges apply and organised tours can be booked. Next door to the museum is the Thian Hock Kheng temple which deserves another special visit to experience the historic building in its entirety.
