My favourite hotel service and facilities

Located at 5 Fraser Street, Singapore 189354. I stayed at Andaz during the Covid restriction period, therefore there’s a couple of places which are out of bound. However, it was a birthday stay, which the hotel was informed later on, and they came up to send us macarons. Yay ! They absolutely have the best customer service among the different hotels I’ve tried. I also love the design of the room interior. Definitely something different from the usual. Amenities : Free internet access, restaurant on-site, room service, fitness center, pool, digital key, digital check-in, business services, laundry, concierge, and meeting facilities. Highlights of the hotel that impresses me : Bugis Junction / MRT directly beneath, rooftop bar, well done customer service. It is also located near Marina Bay, Kampong Glam, Bras Basah Bugis, and Little India which is the town of Singapore where a whole variety of shopping can be done. Avg.
