My Favourite ABC Brickworks Food Centre

Built in the 1980s, it was part of the government's initiative to provide affordable and convenient dining options for residents. Initially a humble hawker center, it has transformed into a thriving culinary hub over the years, attracting renowned chefs and establishing a reputation for serving exceptional dishes. The food center offers an extensive variety of Singaporean cuisine, making it a food lover's paradise. These are some of my favourite stalls: Jason's Penang Assam Laksa, Hakka Lei Cha & Niang Dou Fu, Project Penyet Ayam Penyet, Bao Zhong Bao Stewed Soup, Fatty Cheong Char Siew Rice, Wow Wow West Western Food, Economic Bee Hoon, Fu Yuan Vegetarian Food and more. Furthermore, the food center showcases a melting pot of culinary cultures. Visitors can indulge in Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Western cuisines, all under one roof. Whether it's the aromatic spices of Indian curries, the delicate dumplings of Chinese cuisine, or the fiery flavors of Malay dishes, ABC Brickworks Food Centre provides a diverse culinary experience that celebrates the multicultural fabric of Singapore.
