Tong Ya Restaurant Chinatown Cantonese Cuisine

I made an appointment with a group of friends for dinner in the evening. They recommended the Cantonese cuisine here. Our group of more than 20 people were divided into 2 tables. The restaurant is not big with only about 10 tables (big and small). It is really rare to see handmade dishes. The coffee spareribs are delicious, with a light coffee flavor and slightly sour and sweet 😋. There are also taro fried spareribs (taro fried into a container). The salty orange water is very drinkable (definitely recommended). Because it is an old building, the floor is very high. It is a very special old building restaurant, worth a visit 👍
