Capitol - Hopscotch Bar

#wheretogo Visited Hopscotch on a Sunday evening for dinner. Like the whole ambience of the place. It gives off an old world charm reminiscent of Colonial era streets. For food, we ordered a Guinness Beef Bourguignon and a Salmon mashed. The beef cheeks were tender and flavourful as it was slow simmered in a rich blend of Guinness stout, red wine, rich veal jus, carrots and a slew of mixed herbs and spices. I could definitely taste the sweetness and richness of the vegetables. Garlic confit mashed potatoes as the side was so creamy and smooth which gave a good balance to the beef cheeks. The salmon mashed was nicely done and not fishy at all.
