Check-in was smooth, although it took a bit of time. Reception staff seemed quite young and inexperienced. There was an adjacent section to the reception area where people could sit down and wait for their turn to check in. The room was clean and had an okay view. I didn’t really vibe with the highly saturated orange palette in the room’s design. Bathroom had sufficient towels and had Vitamin Spa amenities. We could fit a third bed in the room for an additional fee. Turndown service was provided upon request. Water was replenished and beds were prepped with room slippers by the side.
